c. Ship the Product: Securely package the product, including the return authorization within the package. Send the product to the address provided in the return authorization email.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund process may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.

6. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@enjoycareeg.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange to send you a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Shipping Costs
